在這版上我已知道我不寂寞，在未走出來恐懼前，我知道要喜樂病情會好轉要放得下依靠主才能無憂，我開著車關掉音樂莫名的恐懼上升，急著大聲唱著詩歌，想要強迫自己喜樂，禱告著讓自己平靜，抱著聖經跪地晚禱。我做到了，我要好好管理自己身體與情緒。
剛開始飯前2百8飯後3百8左右，現在飯前92左右，飯後135左右，醫生說要我再控制更好一點，我繼續努力，各位朋友幫我加油，謝謝。
